Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Review translation requests and prep volunteer assignments for internal teams.
• Plan and implement communications, events, and test projects to grow volunteer capacity.
• Become an expert in the translation management system; maintain glossaries and memory.
• Maintain the translation request system and improve tools for YouVersion teams.
• Advocate for translation needs of our global community in cross-functional meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve current Support tools.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
• Capacity to quickly learn new technologies and programs.
• Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
• Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies.
• Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.
• High School Diploma or GED.
