📋 Description

• Day-to-day contact for Latin America clients across sports.
• Help clients maximize Hudl Match Analysis tools and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly; balance game sense with tech.
• Support clubs in CONMEBOL Libertadores, Serie A, Liga MX.
• Occasional in-person days in CDMX; remote role otherwise.

🎯 Requirements

• Front-line support via phone, video, or email; explain solutions clearly.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware; run diagnostics and resolve.
• Adaptable to deadlines; some weekends; travel as needed.
• Higher education in exercise, sports science or related field.
• Multilingual: English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
