Support Specialist - Radiotherapy (RT) - Italy

📋 Description

• Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers in the region and in Spain, partly also
• Provide after-sales service for radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, including diagnosis
• Act as the technical Brainlab face to the customer by communicating efficiently with clients
• Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance services
• Make customers (e.g., physicist team) familiar with Brainlab products; further customer training is
• Provide full service satisfaction to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technicians or
• Very good knowledge in informatics as well as experience in diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure
• Good knowledge of linear accelerators is an advantage
• Prior experience in service/maintenance in robotics and/or electro mechanics
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Excellent social, team-work and self-management skills
