Support Specialist - Radiotherapy (RT) - Poland

📋 Description

• Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers in region and Spain, partly also
• Provide after-sales service for radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, including diagnosis tasks as
• Act as technical Brainlab face to customer by communicating efficiently with clients, understanding
• Conduct routine calibrations as well as preventive maintenance services
• Make customers (e.g. physicist team) familiar with Brainlab products; further customer training
• Provide full service satisfaction to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technicians or
• Very good knowledge in informatics as well as experience in diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure
• Good knowledge of linear accelerators
• Prior experience in service/maintenance in the field of robotics and/or electro mechanics
• Proficiency of English and Polish both written and spoken
• Excellent social, team-work and self-management skills
