Support Specialist - Radiotherapy (RT) - Poland

📋 Description

• Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers in the region and in Spain, partly also
• Provide after-sales service for radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, including diagnosis tasks
• Act as the technical Brainlab face to the customer by communicating efficiently, understanding
• Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance services
• Make customers (e.g., physicist team) familiar with Brainlab products; further customer training is
• Provide full service satisfaction to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technicians or
• Very good knowledge in informatics and experience in diagnosing IT infrastructure and networking
• Good knowledge of linear accelerators is an advantage
• Prior experience in service/maintenance in robotics and/or electromechanics
• Proficiency in English and Polish, written and spoken
• Excellent social, team-work, and self-management skills
