Support Specialist - Radiotherapy (RT) - Poland

📋 Description

• Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers in your region, Spain, and partly
• Provide after-sales service including diagnosis, service, maintenance, and repairs
• Act as technical contact for customers, communicating efficiently and resolving issues
• Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance
• Train customers (e.g., physicist teams) on Brainlab products
• Ensure full service satisfaction to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technicians or
• Very good knowledge in informatics, diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure and networking
• Knowledge of linear accelerators is an advantage
• Prior experience in service/maintenance in robotics and/or electro mechanics
• Proficiency in English and Polish, written and spoken
• Excellent social, team-work, and self-management skills
