📋 Description

• Oversee histology lab and Signatera team.
• Supervise day-to-day histology operations.
• Ensure tests are performed accurately and results reported timely.
• Train and mentor laboratory personnel.
• Monitor workflow and ensure adequate assay coverage.
• Maintain proper staffing across all shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active ASCP HT(ASCP) or HLT(ASCP) certification.
• 4+ years histology experience; 2+ years supervisory.
• Knowledge of CLIA, CAP and state regulations.
• Proficient with LIS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership.
