📋 Description

• Supervise a team of Patient Success Specialists
• Daily supervision of staff across department sub-teams
• Provide feedback on hiring, discipline, and performance evaluations
• Ensure the team exceeds KPI and performance metrics
• Monitor QA of inbound/outbound calls and emails/faxes
• Coordinate coverage for vacations and training per job description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Healthcare, Marketing, or Business field
• 5+ years healthcare experience
• Experience with insurance claims submission and software (Xifin, AMD, LIMS a plus)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, coding, and billing practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office
• HIPAA/PHI privacy training required within first 30 days
