📋 Description

Design interoperability middleware specs per SMART Guidelines.
Map DHIS2, SORMAS, OpenELIS in data dictionary mappings.
Build Canonical Data Model and ingestion for cloud/on‑prem.
Develop production ETL/ELT pipelines for surveillance data.
Create reporting workflows, dashboards, and analytics APIs.
Align with ICD-11, LOINC, SNOMED CT and data interoperability.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Eng/Software Eng or related field.
8+ years in software architecture and data engineering.
4+ years in public health information systems.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Experience with cloud and on‑prem data platforms.
Experience designing interoperability middleware/connectors (DHIS2, SORMAS, OpenMRS).
