📋 Description

• Active Camera Monitoring: Continuously monitor multiple live camera feeds to detect suspicious
• Alarm Alert Clearing: Receive, assess, verify, and clear security alarms according to established
• Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch security officers, maintenance teams, emergency services, or
• Incident Command: Assume incident command for security events until relieved by higher authority
• Document all incidents, alarms, dispatches and actions taken in the incident management system with
• Maintain constant communication with field teams, supervisors and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certification
• 2+ years of experience in security monitoring, CCTV operations, or dispatching
• Excellent visual attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple screens simultaneously for
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills under pressure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• History of critical incident handling experience
