📋 Description

• Conduct preliminary desktop investigations and detailed case research to prepare comprehensive
• Review surveillance video, investigative materials, and case documentation for accuracy
• Prepare clear, concise, professional investigative reports that accurately reflect surveillance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Monitor the progression of surveillance assignments, identify missing information or potential
• Collaborate closely with field investigators and internal team members to support effective case

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of directly relevant investigative, surveillance, or surveillance-support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with
• Experience using investigative case management platforms; experience with TrackOps is strongly
• Strong investigative research, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using digital tools, case management systems, and
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information
