Survey Technology and Automation Specialist

📋 Description

• Support a roadmap of automations to help reduce manual work involved in bidding/scoping, project
• Work with team leads and project managers to understand pain points and recommend ideal designs
• Coordinate with project managers to design custom project-specific automations or macros to support
• Assist in building connections between systems as necessary to minimize manual information
• Assist in maintenance/support for existing or newly constructed macros, integrations, and
• Coordinate with Guidepoint’s internal IT and Engineering teams to ensure any internally built tools

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years managing automation projects for survey research clients, automating custom formatting
• Experience with dashboarding software and services (DisplayR and/or PowerBI preferred) including
• Experience with survey design software, such as Qualtrics (preferred), Forsta/Decipher, Alchemer
• Experience setting up API calls or working with code-light automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Power
