📋 Description

  • Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys
  • Operate and maintain total stations, GPS/GNSS, and data collectors
  • Process field data; prepare point files and surface data for CAD
  • Research plats, deeds, easements, and county records to support boundaries
  • Lead field crew operations and daily mobilization
  • Ensure compliance with Indiana survey law and professional standards

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years professional field surveying experience
  • Proficiency with total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and electronic data collectors
  • Read and interpret legal descriptions, plats, and deed documents
  • Indiana Licensed Land Surveyor (LS) or LSIT actively pursuing licensure
  • Experience with Trimble or Leica equipment and related software
  • Construction staking experience for land development projects
