Sustainability Associate - Climate Education & Engagement

📋 Description

• Coordinate youth education programs and support county climate engagement.
• Mentor high school students and guide leadership on climate projects.
• Work with Communications team to share sustainability topics.
• Plan and lead field trips and community workshops.
• Schedule meetings and track data on program activities.
• Support program materials development for students.

🎯 Requirements

• Environmental science teaching or education experience (K-12).
• Strong climate change and sustainability knowledge.
• Excellent youth engagement and communication skills.
• Valid CA Driver's License.
• Experience with program management, logistics, and evaluation.
• Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin; ability to work with diverse communities.
