📋 Description

• Oversee waste sorting, recycling, composting and disposal.
• Lead daily waste audits and data tracking.
• Coordinate food donation pickups with partner orgs.
• Maintain Green Stations and waste diversion supplies.
• Train staff on waste-handling and zero-waste practices.
• Report sustainability metrics and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual — Spanish and English (spoken).
• Experience as a lead or supervisor.
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs.
• Preferred: TRUE Advisor (GBCI) certificate.
• Preferred: TRUE Zero Waste projects experience (diversion tracking, audits, donation logs).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, supervisory and training skills.
