Sustainability Team Member - Austin

📋 Description

• Execute daily tasks: recycling, compost, waste audits, and donations.
• Monitor compliance and reinforce correct waste handling with staff.
• Walk kitchens and stations daily to spot contamination.
• Prepare and coordinate donations and arrange pickups with partners.
• Maintain waste-diversion reports and Zero Waste data for Austin.
• Support the Sustainability Manager to drive program goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Operational experience in warehouse or food production.
• Comfortable working in kitchens and food spaces.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs or more.
• Basic reporting skills; can complete daily trackers and audits.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; basic English required.
• Genuine interest in recycling and waste reduction.
