📋 Description

• Lead the Project Management function and be the senior voice for PM across the agency.
• Define PM vision, operating model, role clarity, competencies, and expectations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop PM talent with ongoing growth opportunities.
• Build a connected PM community and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish agency-wide PM standards, playbooks, templates, and governance.
• Partner with client teams to embed standards and clear ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in PM/Operations in an agency.
• Experience leading PM teams and programs.
• Strong strategic, operational, financial, and resource mgmt.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and adoption.
• Excellent executive communication and influence.
• Experience leading organizational change; AI curiosity a plus.
