📋 Description

• Define client lifecycle across onboarding, delivery, review, and renewal
• Establish key metrics and cadence for on-time delivery, client KPI attainment, cost-to-serve
• Replace heroics with efficient processes; protect heroics where they are the product
• Drive tooling and automation decisions for growth without linear headcount
• Integrate AI into client operations in production (reporting, QA, insight generation, campaign
• Set standards for AI review and ensure quality before client-facing use

🎯 Requirements

• Learning velocity: ability to become useful quickly in unfamiliar territory
• Depth in either operations or account management, with credibility in the other
• Operational rigor: data-driven, able to build forecasts, design workflows, hold service levels
• Applied AI fluency: has used AI to transform client-facing workflows
• Relationship instinct: builds trust across functions, handles hard conversations
• Revenue accountability: carried or influenced retention, renewal, or expansion targets
