Lead the Product Management group, including hiring, career development, performance management
Set standards, tools, templates, and processes for Product Management operations, including
Own and evolve the Product Management career framework
Own the roadmap and BRD/backlog quality across the AI product portfolio
Maintain and evolve the prioritization framework and effort-assessment criteria
Partner on portfolio-wide capacity planning and allocate engineering resources

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Product Management, including leading a function
AI Fluency: deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
Substantial experience in regulated industries (healthcare/pharma) preferred
Proven track record building and growing a multi-level Product Management team
Executive presence and ability to represent function to leadership and clients
Strategic and data-driven mindset with comfort owning budget and resourcing decisions
