SVP, Treasury & Payments Product Manager

📋 Description

• Develop strategic roadmap for commercial deposit, treasury mgmt, and payments products for middle market.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: business cases, requirements, launches, enhancements.
• Own product P&L, pricing strategy, profitability, adoption, and KPIs.
• Translate client, business, and market needs into product, operational, and tech requirements.
• Lead vendor evaluation, implementation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop, launch, and enhance products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years in treasury management and/or product management.
• Experience owning treasury/payments products with accountability for performance.
• Experience developing product strategies, business cases, and financial models.
• Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing enhancements.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
