SY 26/27 Literacy Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provides high quality reading and literacy instruction to individual and small groups
• Uses data to provide instruction to students and to bring their skills to grade level or enrich
• Collaborates with building Literacy Coach, teachers, and administration to help identify best
• Uses identified research-based interventions focusing specifically on individual student needs
• Communicates with Literacy Coach, teachers, and administration regarding student progress
• Assists with identifying students for placement in intervention groups

• Bachelor’s degree
• Relentless focus on results and a commitment to teamwork
• Deep commitment to educational equity and underserved communities
• Valid Missouri Teaching license with required certification for subject and level assigned*
• Demonstrated knowledge of core subject area assigned
• Satisfactory outcome of a background check
