Knowledge of access management principles: SSO, MFA, groups and roles, principle of least privilege
Experience with Google Workspace or similar service (users, groups, email)
Basic knowledge of DNS, networks, and VPN
Confident use of Windows/macOS
Ability to quickly learn new SaaS services and read English documentation
Attention to detail, responsibility for access and credentials
