At least three years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting both Windows and macOS environments
Practical experience supporting Windows Server versions 2016 through 2025
Experience managing and troubleshooting VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments
Experience supporting Microsoft Azure and proficiency with the Microsoft Entra admin center
Working knowledge of firewalls, switches, network architecture, connectivity, and network
