System Administrator I

📋 Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workstation operating systems including Windows
• Manage and maintain server environments running Windows Server 2016 through 2025.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud services including Microsoft Entra ID, Azure environments, and
• Support virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Resolve application issues for standard office software and line-of-business applications such as
• Maintain network connectivity involving firewalls, switches, network architecture, and connectivity

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Practical experience supporting Windows Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra admin center, Active Directory, and
• Working knowledge of firewalls, switches, network architecture, and connectivity troubleshooting.
