📋 Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workstation operating systems, printers, and
• Manage and troubleshoot server environments running Windows Server 2016 through 2025
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Active Directory
• Support virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Resolve application issues for standard office software and line-of-business applications (Sage
• Maintain network connectivity and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and network architecture

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional IT support or systems administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments
• Practical experience with Windows Server 2016 through 2025 administration and troubleshooting
• Experience managing VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra admin center, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of firewalls, switches, network architecture, and connectivity troubleshooting
