System Administrator I

📋 Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workstation operating systems, printers, business
• Manage and troubleshoot server environments running Windows Server 2016 through 2025
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure environments, Active Directory, and identity
• Support virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V
• Resolve application issues for standard office software and line-of-business applications
• Maintain network connectivity by troubleshooting firewalls, switches, network architecture, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or related
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments
• Practical experience supporting Windows Server 2016 through 2025
• Experience managing and troubleshooting VMware and Hyper-V environments
• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra admin center, Active Directory, and
• Working knowledge of firewalls, switches, network architecture, and network troubleshooting
