System Administrator - Salesforce

📋 Description

• Own and support GoDaddy CRM on Salesforce, ensuring performance, scalability.
• Collaborate with teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
• Build and enhance solutions with configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Drive automation, data quality, reporting, and platform adoption.
• Support onboarding, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience (config + development)
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers
• Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs and cross-system data flows
• Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled) and unit tests
• Experience with release management tools and version control
