Perform O&M for TTC systems and infrastructure; support cross-domain solutions as required.
Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, and upgrade server systems (physical and virtual).
Monitor system performance, logs, and security; report vulnerabilities.
Manage and administer user accounts, profiles, and access.
Update TTC system configuration drawings and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Design, write, modify and implement software programs/applications.
Develop glue-ware to support operational client apps and patches.
Provide Tier 2 technical support.
Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, and upgrade server systems.
Administer user accounts, profiles and access controls.
Monitor and analyze with ACAS and HBSS; troubleshoot issues.
