System Administrator with License Management experience

📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve user incidents and IT-related issues at L1/L2 level, with a strong focus on
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations, laptops, and mobile
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune
• Troubleshoot email-related issues and support the Exchange environment.
• Investigate and resolve basic network-related issues involving LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT equipment provisioning, collection

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum secondary-level qualification in IT or a related technical field.
• Intermediate English proficiency, sufficient for everyday professional communication.
• L1/L2 IT support experience, particularly strong L2 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience in configuring laptops, desktop computers, and printers, performing hardware
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune
• Basic networking and network topology knowledge.
