📋 Description

• Keep Hostinger's Web Hosting Monitoring team in an always-ready state.
• Provide long-term engineering solutions for Hostinger's Web Hosting services.
• Coach, onboard new team members and provide day-to-day team leadership.
• Lead and coordinate the team's monitoring shift rotation and coverage.
• Analyze system performance and solve technical issues.
• Monitor and optimize service performance using Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Ansible.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting enterprise Linux environments, incl. product and DB optimization.
• 1+ years leading and mentoring an engineering or sysadmin team.
• Hands-on with web hosting stack: cPanel/WHM, LiteSpeed/Apache/Nginx, MariaDB.
• On-prem/bare-metal virtualization (Proxmox/KVM, CloudLinux); cloud exp preferred.
• Led or coordinated shift-based monitoring/on-call teams; uptime, incident response, SLAs.
• English skills: C1–C2.
