📋 Description

• Provide end-user support for HR systems via a structured ticketing process and drive resolution.
• Troubleshoot HR system issues and implement client-ready solutions.
• Perform data quality checks to maintain HR data integrity and consistency.
• Support data conversion activities, including mass data loads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive projects.
• Analyze recurring challenges and recommend improvements to processes and UX.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, HR
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting HR systems, especially with enterprise HR platforms.
• Experience with data conversion, mass data loads, or HR data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to data accuracy and process quality.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation.
