System Analyst

📋 Description

• Design and map integrations between internal systems and external payment platforms.
• Interpret protocol specs and EDC documentation for real-world integrations.
• Solve non-standard integration requirements with ambiguous specs.
• Bridge technical implementation and business/functional needs.
• Collaborate with dev teams to validate feasibility of designs.
• Document designs, data flows, and decisions for technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Systems Analyst or a developer transitioning into that role.
• Hands-on development experience preferred over purely process-oriented BA.
• Work with protocol specs and technical/API documentation.
• Experience with payment platforms or financial systems integration.
• Clinical trials industry experience with knowledge of clinical operations/payments.
• Strong problem-solving, ambiguity tolerance, and communication skills.
