📋 Description

Plan and assign tasks to junior System Analysts.
Understand business requirements and define system scope.
Design solutions; evaluate alternative workflow options.
Lead discussions with developers on limitations; deliver system design with DB and API specs.
Mentor teammates and ensure compliance with tech standards.
Coordinate with operations and IT security to configure infrastructure and support testing.

🎯 Requirements

University degree (preferable business or IT).
3-7 years in Business Integration or Business Analyst.
2-3 years in client-facing positions.
Experience in Financial Services.
Experience in requirements management and process modeling.
Knowledge of development methodologies: RUP, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall.
