Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations
Model business processes using BPMN notation for efficient system design
Identify system improvements and optimize workflows within Creatio
Develop and maintain detailed system documentation including specs, data models, and BPMN diagrams

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
Hands-on experience with Creatio or other low-code/no-code platforms preferred
Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and BPM
Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and optimization
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations (ERP, CRM, third-party APIs)
Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing
