System Analyst — Payments & Finance Operations

📋 Description

• Translate operational and business requirements into structured product specs
• Collaborate with ops and finance to map day-to-day work into clear processes
• Design operational interfaces and workflows
• Ensure processes meet regulatory requirements and fit existing journeys
• Connect processes to underlying systems and define integration changes
• Support migration and extension of functionality on the new platform

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a business or system analyst in banking/financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products, ops, and regulatory environment
• Knowledge of payments domain: card settlements, reconciliation, and operations
• Hands-on design of operational interfaces, objects, and workflows
• Experience embedding new processes into existing operations journeys
• Experience designing compliant processes in financial services
