• Drive continuous improvement with post-incident retrospectives and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver executive communications on incidents, outcomes, and learnings.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in incident management as a lead responder or Incident Commander.
• Technical expertise to drive incident response across complex engineering systems.
• Ability to build diverse stakeholder alignment (Engineering, Legal, Operations).
• Calm, decisive judgment under pressure in high-stakes incidents.
• Experience briefing senior leadership in real-time on complex incidents.
• Strong documentation of timelines, contributing factors, and learnings.
