📋 Description

• Contribute to the design, configuration, and development of custom forms, templates, workflows, and
• Produce clean, efficient code based on defined functional and non-functional requirements.
• Integrate software components and third-party applications as part of broader system integration
• Troubleshoot, debug, update, and upgrade existing software and system components.
• Gather, evaluate, and document customer use cases, business processes, and functional requirements.
• Create clear technical documentation for project reference, implementation, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant professional experience; a master’s degree in public
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in technology implementation, systems integration
• Ability to understand service delivery systems for programs administered by state agencies and
• Strong understanding of complex federal regulations and requirements relevant to public-sector
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with data analytics tools such as Microsoft Access
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work accurately with large and complex
