System Integrator Alliance Manager

📋 Description

• Build and manage a portfolio of SI partnerships
• Run joint pipeline with SI partners: co-sell, QBRs, attribution
• Design and deliver partner enablement: certifications, training, playbooks
• Collaborate with solutions engineering and product to unblock partners
• Represent partner perspective internally on product capabilities and terms
• Develop co-marketing and thought leadership programs with partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in alliance management, partner sales, or business development with SI experience
• Genuine technical fluency in AI or developer tooling; discuss LLMs and workflows
• Proven track record building SI partnerships delivering pipeline
• Ability to manage relationships across engineers to C-suite
• Nice-to-have: experience at a developer tools or AI/ML infrastructure company
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith
