📋 Description

• Define power testing automation across workloads and conditions.
• Measure subsystem-level power using probes and lab instrumentation.
• Develop and execute power tests across workloads and day-of-use scenarios.
• Partner with Electrical Engineers to improve system power efficiency.
• Collaborate with software teams to optimize energy use affecting battery life, temp, charging, UX.
• Define repeatable power benchmarks and measurement methods for launch readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience measuring and optimizing power on embedded hardware platforms.
• Designing and operating hardware-in-the-loop labs and device testing at scale.
• Analyzing power profiles and correlating with system performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EE, embedded software, systems, and product teams.
• Defining repeatable power benchmarks and launch readiness metrics for hardware.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
