System Test Engineer II

📋 Description

• Own system-level test strategy for CUAS product lines, from prototype through production and field
• Design and execute integration tests across full stack: RF sensors, radar, EO/IR, acoustic sensors
• Plan field test campaigns at the range with threat-representative drones and live
• Build and maintain test tooling, automation, data capture/reduction, regression automation, and
• Collect, analyze, and report test metrics; translate field data into actionable insights for PM
• Evaluate third-party/integrated systems against acceptance criteria and triage complex multi-system

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace, or related field
• 5–8 years in system test, system integration, field test & evaluation, or similar roles on
• Hands-on with at least two of: HW/SW integration testing, RF/wireless validation
• Ability to debug across stack: hardware, electrical, RF, network, software.
• Comfortable owning field operations and turning raw test data into decisions for stakeholders.
• U.S. person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident). ~50% field time.
