📋 Description
Assemble, configure, and initialize dSPACE and Vector HiL test benches and lab cars for new projects.
Build and integrate vehicle simulation models in MATLAB/Simulink and link to HiL hardware.
Analyze system requirements, bridge gaps, and design validation strategies even with minimal docs.
Develop Python automation scripts to run tests across simulated, bench, and prototype environments.
Configure CAN, Automotive Ethernet, FlexRay, and LIN networks and assets (ARXML, K-Matrix).
Perform deep-dive failure analysis with core teams and OEM partners to resolve system bugs.
🎯 Requirements
2+ years in automotive validation or embedded hardware, across multiple vehicle domains.
Mindset & ownership: self-starter with a can-do attitude and independence.
Hands-on experience building/configuring dSPACE (ControlDesk/ConfigurationDesk) or Vector (CANoe, CANape).
Proficiency in Python for test automation and MATLAB for vehicle models.
Practical knowledge of CAN, Automotive Ethernet, LIN, FlexRay and ARXML/K-Matrix files.
Nice to have: AI/LLM-assisted coding workflows and prototype bring-up in lab/track environments.
