• Support the rollout and governance of Microsoft 365 services.
• Scale Kapitus by enabling payroll and growth workflows.
• Blend strategy with hands-on execution; mentor teammates.
• Collaborate with distributed teams in NY, VA, CA, and Chennai.
• Ensure secure access to fintech platforms and data systems.
• Contribute to incident response and maintain runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 4+ years with Microsoft 365, SaaS, PaaS, and cloud.
• Experience with cloud data centers and regulated infrastructure.
• MCSE or Enterprise Administrator Expert cert; security certs a plus.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Atlassian is a plus.
• PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting for automation.
