📋 Description

• Manage user access and permissions across client workgroups and domains.
• Maintain working knowledge of client hardware, operating systems, and technology environments.
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues that affect system efficiency.
• Install server software, apply security patches, update applications, and remove software that is
• Perform system backups and standard preventative maintenance.
• Resolve user connectivity issues and escalate more complex incidents when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• Two years of experience in a networking or related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology is preferred.
• A+ certification preferred.
• OEM equipment certifications preferred.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
