Design and build out a scalable IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing organization
Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, remote access, and onsite
Provide tech support for systems, networks, software, and hardware

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in IT ops: sys admin, server support, and desktop support
Experience with Google Workspace or other AD systems
Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac
Knowledge of VPN, DNS, firewalls, routers, switches, and access points
Experience deploying, integrating, and administering SaaS apps
CompTIA Security+ certification
