Systems & Controls Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead configuration, optimization, and integration of financial systems (NetSuite).
• Develop automated workflows, reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
• Implement data governance, security, compliance, and system controls.
• Support system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and improvements.
• Manage testing environments (sandboxes) for deployments.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, sales, product, and tech to automate processes.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong IFRS knowledge for SaaS/software revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP, revenue recognition, CRM/CPQ; NetSuite & Salesforce preferred.
• Experience configuring and integrating financial systems and workflows; multi-country, multi-currency.
• Leadership, stakeholder influence, and English communication.
