Systems & Controls Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead configuration and integration of financial systems (NetSuite and connected platforms).
• Build automated workflows, dashboards, and reports for financial visibility.
• Implement controls, data governance, and security across systems.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, sales ops, product, and tech on automation.
• Drive improvements across revenue, reporting, and accounting processes.
• Manage testing environments and smooth deployment of changes.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
• IFRS knowledge related to SaaS and service revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP, revenue recognition, CRM, CPQ; NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
• Experience configuring and improving financial systems and workflows.
• Strong multi-country, multi-currency accounting knowledge.
• Experience scaling accounting processes in high-growth environments.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
