Systems & Controls Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead optimization and integration of financial systems (NetSuite and platforms)
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and reports for visibility
• Enforce data governance, security, and internal controls across systems
• Support maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Manage testing environments for smooth deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate end-to-end processes

🎯 Requirements

• CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
• Strong IFRS knowledge and SaaS revenue recognition
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (or equivalent)
• Experience with ERP, revenue recognition, CRM, CPQ; NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
• Experience configuring, integrating, and improving financial systems/workflows
• Strong leadership and ability to drive initiatives across teams
