Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with business and technical teams to understand and prioritize operational needs and
• Develop a detailed understanding of the medication contracting processes and the operational
• Collaborate with developers and vendors to ensure delivered functionality meets approved
• Help prioritize application enhancements based on business value, operational impact, dependencies
• Define data requirements, validation rules, business rules, and source-to-target mappings.
• Use SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools to investigate data issues, validate application

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, healthcare administration, data analytics, or a
• Demonstrated experience translating operational processes into functional requirements, workflows
• Experience developing test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing, documenting defects, and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience investigating data
• Advanced Excel skills and working proficiency with SQL.
