📋 Description

• Plan, develop, test, and implement IT system solutions.
• Improve Health Plan HEDIS quality measures.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Analyze requirements; design data architectures and ETL flows.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to translate requirements into designs.
• Support production, enhancements, and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years data analysis in health plan quality.
• 5+ years relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
• 3+ years in healthcare domains (Member/Provider/Claims).
• Experience writing complex queries and tuning SQL.
• 5+ years data profiling and analyzing large datasets.
• Excellent ERD understanding and translating requirements.
