Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations for GTM teams.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify bottlenecks.
• Work within GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong) to build tooling.
• Analyze GTM data to surface insights and data-backed recommendations.
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into tools and workflows.
• Independently own and deliver end-to-end projects; SF-based hybrid role.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, RevOps engineering, or related tech ops.
• Familiarity with GTM tooling (Salesforce or CRM; Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally).
• End-to-end tools ownership from evaluation to implementation and training.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs; able to build internal tools.
• Data-driven: pull, analyze, and present data-backed recommendations.
• Interest in embedding AI/LLM capabilities into tooling and workflows.
